1. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
In all probability, you'll want to find a venue that is near to the office. That may be walking distance or it could be a short taxi or mini-bus ride away. If you're planning on staying in one venue all evening, then it should also be convenient for people getting home at the end of the party.
