What can you do to stop your body sweating? Actually - nothing!


This is a perfectly normal body function as long as it is not excessive.


For mild [normal] cases of sweating there are many things you can do to control the situation. However, if all the natural remedies, or any products you have bought from your pharmacy for instance do not appear to be working to stop your body sweating then you need to look deeper to find out why you are sweating so much.


For reasonable sweating using an antiperspirant should do the trick. You can also use a deodorant if you are afraid you may have body odor. You can use talcum powder or baby powder to absorb any excess moisture.


You should always keep your body really clean and fresh to avoid any problems with body odor. If sweat is allowed to stay on your skin for any length of time it may begin to produce bacteria and this is where the odor comes from.


If you feel that your feet sweat a bit too much always carry a change of socks or tights to change into during the day. You must keep your feet dry to avoid odors or any type of fungal condition like athletes foot.


Always carry tissues or facial wipes to keep your face free from perspiration. You could always carry one of those little battery operated fans which are a big help and not too obvious in use. If you have access to a larger fan in your workplace then so much the better.


When the weather is hot and sunny, try not to be in direct sunlight too much as this will definitely make your whole body sweat. Plus, limited time in the hot sunshine is better than a prolonged period.


There are things you can drink which will help you. Drinking Green tea or Sage tea is very beneficial, perhaps 2-3 cups daily. Turnip juice and tomato juice are other items which can help with excessive sweating.


If you suffer night sweats you just cannot sleep soundly. You toss and turn and generate even more heat - Ugh. frustrating! You do need to stop your body sweating. There are all the usual things, ceiling fans, free standing fans, large ones, small ones, but they only work up to a point. You end up getting chilled and turn them off and almost instantly you are hot again - what a problem!


Do you pay enough attention to the foods you take into your body? I know it can be a pain in the behind having to read the labels on foods before you buy, but quite honestly this is really necessary.


If you are carrying any excess weight then you need to cut out any foods which contain high-fructose corn syrup. Unfortunately as this is cheap, food manufacturers like to use it, but it's just not good for you. Your body has a hard time breaking it down.


Fast foods are another problem area - foods which have been deep fried and contain grease give the body problems with digesting them and this in turn leads to more sweat. Another hurdle to conquer to stop body sweating.


You cannot go wrong with fruit, use this in a five-a-day way. Did you realize that fruit helps your digestive system to expel unwanted toxins? Also eating fruit means you get plenty of fiber to help get rid of your body waste.


You will also feel as though you have had plenty to eat and feel full which is going to be a help if you are aiming at losing weight.


Try to be positive, don't spend all your time worrying about this sweating. You will be able to make improvements if you just make the effort to understand why you are sweating and by doing this you should be able to make a decision about the methods to stop body sweating which would suit you best.
