An executive selection exercise is very sensitive. It is said that a company's performance may be largely measured from the performance of its executives. It is therefore necessary to ensure that whenever the company is recruiting its executives, a thorough screening exercise has to be conducted to ensure that the company gets the best talent that will be able to shape and make it move to higher heights.

A good executive must be a role model to the staff. The staff must be motivated by his or her presence. You will have to examine the traits that the person has to be able to know whether he or she will be able to build a team that will work better in shaping the policies of an organization.
