According to the Guinness World Records, Elaine Davidson â€“ a former Brazilian nurse â€“ titled the most pierced woman with a total of 6,725 piercings in March 2010. In 1997, she only had 280 ones and first broke the world record in May 2000 with 462 piercings. Surprisingly at the Edinburgh Festival in 2005, she had 3,950 body jewelries in all. The total weight of jewelry is estimated to be about 3 kilograms. Until now, to break the world records, Elaine has gradually added more and more piercings on various parts of her body including 192 on her facial area alone.
